If you've ever been in a position of exhaustion with your career, you've likely also heard every solution under the sun. Just get organized. Declutter your life. Make a spreadsheet, or clear out your calendar. Have a self-care day and take a bubble bath.
While these suggestions are often well-intentioned, you probably know that they don't work. At least, most of them don't. The problem isn't necessarily bad advice. It's just not TAILORED advice.
After all, if the "solution" doesn't align with your Blueprint, you may never see the benefit. This can lead us to think there's something wrong with us when really we're just trying what works for other people's Blueprints.
Instead of stressing over what's working and what's not, you've got to dig deep into your Blueprint to find what is going to work for you. What makes you feel secure, energized, and rested? Your history holds the clues!
