I talk a LOT about the importance of finding your people. Too often we try to expand our reach to everyone, but we actually do our BEST work when we're speaking directly to our people.
But what does that mean?
Well, it's actually pretty simple. Your "people," so to speak, are the ones who love who you are and what you do. And I really mean this—they're going to be all about you on every level. They are going to resonate with your message, your journey, and your being.
It only stands to reason that the way to find your people is by finding yourself.
